C & C Drywall Contractor South, Inc. hangs, tapes, and finishes walls across southern Delaware. The shop is on Vickers Drive. The hours are jobsite hours.
Who we are
Southern Delaware. Drywall only.
We are not a general contractor and we are not a paint crew. We take the walls from framing to finish so the rest of the job can move. That is the whole business.
The shop sits at 150-A Vickers Drive, Milford, DE 19963 - close to Route 1 and the jobs that run from Harrington down through Georgetown, Lewes, and Seaford. GCs, custom builders, and property owners call the same number.
If you already know C & C Drywall North in Dover, we are the southern Delaware crew - same trade, based in Milford, covering Kent and Sussex from a different shop.
How we run a job
Show up at 7
The shop follows jobsite hours, Monday through Friday. If we said we would be there, the van is there.
Hang it square
Crooked board makes expensive finish. We hang plumb, tight, and cut for the knife - not for the clock.
Leave it for paint
Punch the list. Sweep the floor. The painter should not be doing drywall work, and the owner should not be hunting seams.
